Rune Factory, the new Harvest Moon spinoff that debuted on the Nintendo DS a while back, will have a new installment, though this time for the Wii. The game, titled Rune Factory Frontier, will be the first in the series of three to appear on a console, whereas the previous two have appeared exclusively on the Nintendo DS.

In the game, the player will take control of Laguna and will, in typical HM fashion attempt to marry a villager. The main difference between Harvest Moon and Rune Factory is the fact that Rune Factory has dungeon fights, whereas Harvest Moon has... er, no fights, so you should expect to hack and slash through more dungeons when this game is released later this year in Japan, and probably (not confirmed or even mentioned) next year elsewhere.
